Yoriko Hongo, your issue is slightly different, you don't have an Agency Website, but the Sites app should still have something there. Our dev team is aware and is looking into this.

Also, if you go to the Projects app, that is where you can edit sites for your clients. The Sites app is for you Agency Website (if you had one). Regarding the Projects, 3/4 sites are there working fine and our devs are working on getting the fourth one working in the dashboard for you.
