Agency Website: Website Device previews stay in loading mode

I've reported this bug several months ago and also spoke to a tech support rep., but the issue persists. When I am logged into dashclicks, I clicks on Sites to manage my agency site. It displays 3 device previews of the website and gives you the ability to click the button to enter/edit the site. The previews have not displayed the previews for several months. I've tried reporting it multiple times, can someone please fix this?
