I’ve reported these exact bugs NUMEROUS times since 2023. There’s no point, it NEVER GETS FIXED. It’s continuous! If I reported these bugs every time they happened, that’s all I would ever be doing. My job isn’t to make sure the IT department does its job. PLEASE TELL YOU IT TEAM TO LOOK INTO WHY MY AGENCY SITE IS CONTINUALLY UNPUBLISHED. (I’ve checked numerous times, and it’s never an error on my end like payment method, etc) How can I be confident selling services when my services are CONSTANTLY interrupted and never gets resolved? I’ve taken screenshots several times, it’s pointless. It's a waste of my time to continue reporting the same issue when it never gets fixed. It's frustrating and annoying, and a complete waste of my valuable time. What is the point of reporting bugs if they don't get fixed and I continue to encounter the bug over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN.... *** Do NOT close this report until you are absolutely certain the issue has been resolved once and for all *******

I am having trouble in my sub-account. I created a form, set up a campaign in inbound, and a deal. When I am testing the form, the lead goes in, is in Inbound, but not going into the my deal and creating a deal card.

When I try to create a funnel from a template it gets stuck in a cloning mode. I have tried to create two different ones and it has been "cloning" for days.

I've reported this issue repeatedly. This problem began in 2023. I've reported this bug multiple times, and the case is closed as complete even though it isn't. Please get to the bottom of this and fix the problem fully before closing the case. I would like to mention there are no payment issues, ever! This problem persists without anything I can do on my end. Please see to it this gets resolved fully & completely, once and for all. Thank you!

I have 3 account managers I added in settings. in Business settings > users They manage clients who I've signed up for services with DashClicks. Let's take Transformation Plus as an example. for transformation plus client, grace singingheart is the account manager. she cannot see any sub account and it IS turned on in settings. Only I can see it. How do we fix that?

Notifications Turned on. See screenshots. Conversations App notifications turned on for browser notifications. See screenshot. New email does not trigger any notifications. Global issue. Confirmed in DC Test Account.

When trying to connect the CallTrackingMetrics integration, I receive a “Something went wrong” error during setup. As a result, the CallTrackingMetrics tab does not appear at the top of the Analytics page. I confirmed that my Access Key and Secret Key are correct (from CallTrackingMetrics > Account Settings > API Integration), refreshed the browser, and retried several times — but the integration never completes successfully. This seems to be a glitch with the CallTrackingMetrics connection flow in DashClicks. Please investigate and resolve this so the tab appears after successful connection.
