When the client emails are sent for Activating the sub-account and for filling the Onboarding form, each has a primary button for completing the action in the email body.
Upon clicking both buttons, both triggered the Malware/Virus Thread from my Antivirus in Chrome. And, both links are blocked by the antivirus.
So either your linked pages are hacked with Malware, or something else is seriously wrong with those pages or links. See screenshot.
Also, when I manually opened the form page and filled in the form, the Submit button seems to do nothing. The page does not change and stays the same. Although I found out later that the form did submit successfully, but pressing submit should change the page or reload the page so the user knows the form submitted.
Finally, this bug reporting form is terrible.
After filing it out completely, I needed to create a new Canny account. But after the page was not responsive and I finally was able to create a Canny account, when the page refreshed I lost all of the content that I entered into these form fields. How frustrating!
Either make users create/login to the Canny account before they can fill in the form. Or save the form filled data after refresh from creating the Canny account.
Additionally, the page keeps becoming unresponsive. For example the attachment button becomes unresponsive and does nothing unless I refresh the page.
It's been a very frustrating and bad experience so far with the new account I just created here with Dashclicks.
