Cannot access Live Chat Feature

My marketing agency's inability to access support, the issue is STILL ONGOING. When I click the support tab just above my name and icon in the bottom left, it displays several options on the right, such as live chat, phone support, get a demo, etc. But, WHEN I CLICK ON "LIVE CHAT," the sidebar closes, and nothing happens!
As mentioned, I have cleared my cache and cookies, I've closed out of all tabs and windows, but CAN NO LONGER ACCESS the live chat feature. If I click Live Chat, the sidebar closes and nothing loads. I also cleared my browsing history and added the website URL to "allow pop-ups."

This issue is still ongoing and has not yet been resolved. Please do not mark the ticket complete until my access to the chat feature has been restored. Do you have an update regarding when you expect this to be fixed?
