My marketing agency's inability to access support, the issue is STILL ONGOING. When I click the support tab just above my name and icon in the bottom left, it displays several options on the right, such as live chat, phone support, get a demo, etc. But, WHEN I CLICK ON "LIVE CHAT," the sidebar closes, and nothing happens!

As mentioned, I have cleared my cache and cookies, I've closed out of all tabs and windows, but CAN NO LONGER ACCESS the live chat feature. If I click Live Chat, the sidebar closes and nothing loads. I also cleared my browsing history and added the website URL to "allow pop-ups."
