Directory Listings Purchased is not active

Purchased Directory listings Wednesday, May 6, 2026 08:35 PM. Received error when attempting to add business details, it instructed me to wait a few minutes and try again.
I waited several minutes, refreshed the screen as instructed but was still getting the same error message. Furthermore, I did some troubleshooting by logging out and logging back in, clearing cache & cookies, and even used a different browser (Chrome then FirFox, then Mozilla); but still kept getting the same error messages.
I performed these steps multiple times. Then sent an email to support (Wednesday, May 6, 2026 08:52 PM), forwarding the paid receipt to show time/date stamp of when it was purchased and provided screenshots to show time/date stamp of how much time had lapsed since the purchase, yet still receiving the same error messages.
On Thursday afternoon, I re-attempted to login to gain access to the directory listings, but was once again greeted with the same error messages. No response from support, so I sent a follow up email (Thursday, May 7, 2026 12:12 PM.)
While dealing with a representative regarding 3 other ongoing issues; I decided to forward her the emails sent yesterday to support in hopes while working to reolve the 3 other technicial issues she would be able to also address this new/4th issue and sent her the forwarded emails/screenshots at 2:17 PM on Thursday 05/07/2026.
Since I never recieved help/support from my multiple attempts regarding the directory listings purchased not being active, I called support for an attempt to get it promptly resolved, Thursday 05/07/2026 at 2:32PM. Spoke with a rep regarding the issue, she claimed she didn't receive the email nearly 20 minutes prior, so I re-forwarded her the email in our current thread while on the phone with her at 2:54 PM on Thursday 05/07/2026. Once again, she mentioned she didn't receive it so I re-sent her the email regarding the directory listings error at 2:54 PM on Thursday 05/07/2026. Then the call somehow got disconnected.
I called back but was greeted by a man, explained the directory listings issue and the fact I was just speaking to someone but we got disconnected. After he gathered all of my details, he expressed he couldn't help me but would pass along the details to support and I would receive a call within the hour.
STILL WAITING FOR THE DIRECTORY LISTINGS PURCHASED TO BE ACTIVE, ISSUES STILL PRESENT. UNABLE TO ACCESS OR ADD BUSINESS DETAILS FOR DIRECTORY LISTINGS.
