Exported file has an incorrect date

I exported my business contacts on 02-05-2022 (MMDDYYYY) but the downloaded file name is All Contacts_05-02-2022 (DDMMYYYY)
Is it supposed to be in DDMMYYYY format?
P.S. I just noticed that the Phone number is not getting exported.
