My dashboard shows the bell/notification alert indicating 5 notifications. Yet, when I click to view what those notifications are, nothing loads. I've tried clearing my caches, ensuring my Google Chrome browser is up-to-date, re-started my computer, etc.

Bug with the system or with my dashboard/notifications.
