Personalization links not working in SMS/email templates

The main user was testing an email template. Created test business with an active email and phone number. When the main user tried sending the email template with personalized sections in the email, none of the business personalization info came through in the email. All personalized info was in the email but everything connected to the client business was blank. Replicated by team
