Client is trying to upgrade his SEO pro plan and once he processes the payment is not actually being processed, the screen just continues to load and doesn't allow them to actually upgrade.
Note: noticed that the API call for the upgrade is sending an erroneous subscription ID. We have had successful SCO upgrades in the past but they have been for the main account this particular request is for a sub account from the main account so that's where I will start looking.
