UPDATE: I realized that it happened because the business name contained an '&' sign. Once I removed it, it worked well.

After creating a report for a business, and seeing that InstaReport marked it as completed, I clicked to open it. However, when the page loads, the download button at the top keeps loading and displays 'Preparing Downloads.' I can’t scroll down because it’s still loading, and then a popup appears asking if I want to exit the page or keep waiting. When I click 'Keep Waiting,' after a few seconds, the page just gets stuck, and I need to close the browser tab. When I say 'stuck,' I mean that the entire DashClicks app freezes—if I have any other DashClicks tabs open, they all freeze as well.

I tried creating a new report for them, but I got the same result.
