Clicking on any contact leads to "oops page" Multiple Accounts Affected.

Trying to Filter using Contact Status No Options show up. See screenshot. Global issue.

Creating a smart list with tags , tags are being assigned to all contacts , tried to remove tag from all contacts but doe not take effect

Opening any contact card (Business or Person) leads to Oops Page and when reload button is clicked, leads to something went wrong page.

Error updating Contact Card information: "Failed to update details"

Clients have been attempting to upload documents to the client profile under Attachment. They were able to do so before but now are receiving an error message when doing so. I have also made the attempt to upload a file to the contact and received the same error. I’ve attached pics to show the error.

Created Custom Property: "Scheduled Meeting Date" Chose Date Picker -Future dates are all greyed out, no option to unlock
