Hello, I am unable to edit business information when registration has been rejected. I attempted to clear browser cache and opening a private browser.

We can receive messages from leads on the website but when we reply they do not get a message showing up on the chat bot. However it does ding on the client end.

In the live chat bot, here's what I get when I try to send a message (see attached screenshot) The "something else" button isn't working when clicked, either.

From emails not being sent from the custom emails that the client integrated.

User is getting multiple "something went wrong" error messages when opening settings for Conversations app. They are also unable to add any team members as they don't show up in the drop down selector.
