The form used to respond to approvals behaves erratically. The user can type in the text box, however can not submit the response. This is because the red and green button at the bottom of the form, blink on and off and then dissappear.

Have tried to send multiple emails from the conversations panel from my email address that connected in brand settings but nothing is being delivered.

In the subject line there should be no period. And in the message you need to replace the comma with a period and and a space after it. Using "response" in the second sentence is also redundant; it's already used twice in the message (including the subject line).

Created InstaReport Automation The Form that was automatically created has the default flag/number set to Philippines. Form field for phone number cannot be edited. This should be automatically set to USA and/or have the option to be edited.

Every time I try to create a form using a form template, I get this error: "formdata.forms" must be an array. Know why that is?

Forms "Duplicate" function doesn't work. A new form is created, but it's blank. Also, when I try to delete the newly created blank form, there is an error, and I can't delete it.

When I am trying to create a simple form i can't even change the font color before it crashes. It seems to be an issue with multiple forms and is affecting my work flow and wasting my time.

My forms are currently giving me errors when I duplicate forms. They are creating a second blank form instead of duplicating the one selected. In addition to the blank duplications, the system is not allowing me to delete any of these forms without receiving an error message.
