A feature where we could send out a contract detailing exactly what services we are providing, terms, length of service, client expectations, etc... and have the client sign it.

Yes! Be able to build in the forms app, send a link to the form for signature, and automatically send a PDF to all parties when signed. Forms already does it all except the PDF creation and email.
