Slack was not great but it was a lot better than how it is done now though the dashclicks chat because now it is very hard to look through past communications. Also sometimes I am not able to answer a fulfilment communication if I have seen it before and want to come back to it later because all i can do is rate the communication.

It is very confusing to operate right now! Help! Please find something that is like slack just better. But the communication through the dashclicks chat is worst than before!
