Live chat for clients to connect with potential customers through their website is great, but it would be even better if a simply chatbot could take over for simple inquiries outside of the clients' business hours. The chatbot could help with site navigation, faqs, pricing, etc while gathering contact info for more marketing down the road.

ALSO, if visitors choose the option to speak with someone when a live person is unavailable to reply right away, it would be awesome to allow the visitor to book a time to talk right in the chatbox. A good point of reference is vidyard.com. They're site chatbot does a great job at this.
