I am having trouble in my sub-account. I created a form, set up a campaign in inbound, and a deal. When I am testing the form, the lead goes in, is in Inbound, but not going into the my deal and creating a deal card.

When attempting to send an e-mail to a contact via Inbound, I receive the error "Room already exists with this conversation id," though I have not sent any e-mails to this person before.

For a client, Meta integration and Inbound campaigns are connected and mapped, but no new leads have appearedeven though the ad is still live and generating submissions. I tested using the live form and the testing tool, but leads aren’t showing in Contacts or Inbound. I've tested deleting the integration and integrating back again and still nothing. Check if there’s an internal sync issue asap please.

Analytics is not showing the Campaign that is connected to the Inbound form

So I have a funnel named Funnel - Free website. I do not want it to auto build because it is for anyt type of business. I use the instaform form. I have ran many tests. No matter what even after clearly stating business contact in inbound automation it will not create a business contact nor will the lead show up in inbound.

My webhook is configured correctly and the lead shows up in DEALS but no data is moved into the CRM program.

Several users reported email notifications not being sent from the deals app automations due to various errors. Support team was able to replicate the issue.

SMS/Email notification to be sent to User when lead comes in is setup. "Personalization" = "Lead - lead Information" active Recipient gets the notification, but the results/information all show "undefined" See screenshot. Account: Sims Marketing Group 6534c0392bc4770008cae287

In the inbound app, on the integration type section. Sub-account are able to to view InstaSites etc... Wouldn't want clients to know about InstaSites etc.. at all. Would be nice this could be removed +also be able to clean up and customize that section to remove integrations you don't use.

As a sub-account, remove InstaSites/InstaReports from list showing up in the left part of the main screen of Inbound App
