Uploaded a CSV with 6 entries to build InstaSites. 4 entries failed to build InstaSites. No indication of reason for failure. Same format used on all 6 entries. Another customer reported uploading a CSV with 50 entries. 45 entries failed to build InstaSites.

Notifications Turned on. See screenshots. Conversations App notifications turned on for browser notifications. See screenshot. New email does not trigger any notifications. Global issue. Confirmed in DC Test Account.
