The client is not seeing his order in the dashboard (look screenshot), when I logged into the dashboard with my own private mobile devices I did not see it as well

I am getting an issue with the following, which I need a fast solution:; 1. I still cannot open a live chat from my Dashboard. This has been an issue before, for which there is still no solution.
